1. What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, optional company and phone.
• Campaign data: URLs, screenshots, briefs, budget, targeting, ad copy you upload.
• AI interactions: prompts and outputs are stored so you can revisit them.
• Payment info: crypto wallet addresses and transaction hashes only — we never see card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, error logs (for debugging).

2. How we use it

• Run the analyses, recommendations and creatives you request.
• Verify on-chain payments and credit the matching plan.
• Send you transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmation, account changes).
• Improve Kuro: debug issues, fix bugs, prioritize the next features.
• Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers strictly needed to operate Kuro:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication.
• AI providers (OpenAI, Google) — to generate analyses and recommendations from your inputs.
• Public blockchains — to read your on-chain payment.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads on your data. We do not use your campaign data to train third-party AI models.

4. Crypto payments

Payments are made directly on-chain to wallet addresses we control. We store your transaction hash, the network used, the amount and a timestamp. Public blockchain data is, by nature, public.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content by emailing support — we'll honor it within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., financial records).

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on the database, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA on your account.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email support@mykuro.space and we'll help.

8. Children

Kuro is not intended for anyone under 18. Don't use it if you're under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
