Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kuro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Kuro is an AI-powered campaign optimization tool. We provide analyses, recommendations and creative suggestions based on the campaign data you upload. Outputs are advisory — you remain solely responsible for what you publish or run.

3. Accounts & approval

You must provide accurate information when registering. New accounts may require admin approval before paid features unlock. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

4. Plans, tokens & crypto payments

Paid plans are billed via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH/ERC-20, TRON/TRC-20). Once a payment is broadcast on-chain and confirmed, it is final and non-refundable. Token allocations and plan benefits are credited automatically on confirmation. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the address shown. Funds sent to the wrong network or address cannot be recovered.

5. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

copy, mirror, scrape, crawl or systematically harvest any part of the Service, its outputs, prompts, recommendations or interface;
reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, prompts, scoring logic or model instructions powering Kuro;
use Kuro's outputs, prompts or generated content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark any AI or machine-learning model;
resell, sublicense, white-label or rebrand the Service or any output generated by it without a written commercial agreement;
remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice;
use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, or submit material you don't have rights to;
attempt to overwhelm, probe or attack our systems (rate-limit evasion, credential stuffing, scraping bots, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any breach, with or without notice, and pursue all remedies available under law.

5a. Intellectual property

Kuro, the Kuro name, logo and brand, the underlying source code, prompts, scoring algorithms, recommendation logic, "Kuro Secret" formulas and all related trade secrets are the exclusive property of Cosmicom Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade-secret laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.

6. AI outputs

Kuro uses third-party AI models. Outputs may contain errors, omissions or biases. You must review any output before relying on it. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with any specific advertising policy.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of campaign data, screenshots, briefs and creative assets you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service. We never sell your campaign data.

8. Beta service

Kuro is currently in beta. Features may change, break or disappear. Service availability is best-effort and not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
